As brokers you are acutely aware that although necessary and essential to everyone, insurance is all too often purchased on price and or without a detailed understanding of the cover provided, rather than as a valued and thought through requirement, inevitably leading to conflict when a claim is disputed or when insurance is declined.

Against this backdrop The British Insurance Brokers Association (BIBA) recognised that Flaxmans are the go to people to deal with disputed or rejected claims and appointed us in 2015 to provide our unique service and support to BIBA Brokers. Since then most of our clients are referred to us from their insurance brokers – we then work with the client and the broker to get resolution.

Brokers also ask us to provide reviews of insurance placement for their clients and to assist them in designing more complex insurance programmes for businesses and organisations where off the shelf products are not appropriate.
