We sell no insurance whatsoever. Neither are we loss adjusters or assessors.
Our skills include insurance law and practice, insurance claims advocacy, claim negotiation, litigation support, mediation and management of distressed business risk.
We are professionally orientated and charge fees for our services. We are entirely independent of any insurance company or intermediary.

Roger Flaxman
ACII, MAE, Chartered Insurance Practitioner, CEDR-accredited Mediator
Roger joined the insurance industry in 1969 and, after 30 years as an international specialist broker, founded Flaxman Partners in 1999 to meet the growing demand for insurance claims advocacy and insurance dispute resolution. An expert witness and member of the Academy of Experts, Roger offers strategic advice to insured businesses across a wide range of insurance matters.
Roger is a very astute businessman with a comprehensive knowledge of the insurance market, and has an obvious passion to develop innovative solutions for his clients.
